RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
In the event something goes wrong, here is our return policy:
Given the perishable nature of our cookies, we aren’t able to accept returns. All our cookies are freshly baked to order. If you encountered an issue with your order, please email krumbleandchip@gmail.com and let us know what’s going on. We will do our best to make it right.
We accept returns only if a wrong product has been delivered to you.
You can email us at krumbleandchip@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged/wrong product.
We will review your return request. Upon approval, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up at a time mutually agreed upon with you.
After receiving the item we will go through the necessary quality checks.
Once your return has been authorised, we'd be happy to process your refund via the same payment mode with which you made the purchase.
We aim to process all refunds within 7 to 10 business days.

CANCELLATIONS:
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests, any time before we deliver your order. Since all our cookies are made just for you, after receiving the order, unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund once the delivery is dispatched from our side.
Please check the phone number, address & pincode carefully at the time of placing the order. Re-delivering in case of returned orders (due to an error in delivery details) will be done with an extra charge.
